2. Injectors
Yesterday, while accelerating at full speed from the highway paytoll, i experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is running out of gas or the injectors aren't firing at all. Today, i pulled out the spark plugs. Three were drenched in gazoline, the fourth one was dry. I put a piece of tissue over each hole in the injector and when i turn the engine on without sparks, the three with gazoline jump out. The fourth one remains shut. I tested the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55/30/55/48/55/14/55/48/ i get zero Ohm. So i assume the problem is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID but without success. The car will start when the G28 is disconnected, but it works fine when the G28 plugged in. However, the intermittent misfire problem continues to occur at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature value of -49c, even if I unplug it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar when the actual pressure is 0.
I'm not certain what to do, i believe that i've eliminated everything else. I'm afraid i may have missed something. Let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!
